1. Price Range & Customised Pricing

At VIDA DE JARDIN, we have customised pricing according to the products and services rendered by us. The details are provided to you beforehand according to the effort, efficiency, and the output of the service. Typically, the range of transactions on our website varies from INR 50 to INR 3,000.

2. Schedule of Payment

Some of our services or subscriptions can be utilised for fixed durations. In such cases, the payment schedule and duration are clearly mentioned within the description of these items. The period of usage in these cases typically varies from 1 month to 1 year.

3. Price Matching Policy

At VIDA DE JARDIN, we are committed to offering you the best possible prices. We will be glad to meet our competitor's pricing if you ever find an item that we offer—in the exact same color and size—available from a similar authorized retailer.

Exclusions: We are unable to match prices from auction sites, outlet stores, liquidators, as well as other retailers' promotional discounts, clearance sales, shipping offers, or gift card promotions.

4. Sale Adjustment Policy

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within two weeks (14 days) of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price and refund/credit the difference for you.

Note: We can only make one sale adjustment per item. Items originally purchased on sale or clearance are excluded from price adjustments.

5. Pricing Errors & Corrections

We work hard to ensure complete accuracy across all product prices. Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to technical glitches. If an item's correct price is higher than the price displayed on the site, we reserve the right to cancel your order for that item and notify you immediately of the cancellation.
